Our standard delivery service is:
North Island: 2 - 3 working days from despatch date
South Island: 1 - 2 working days from despatch date
- Overnight courier service is available for any urgent orders, contact us for prices.
- Please note rural delivery zoning is at the discretion of the courier companies we use.
Do you have a despatch deadline for same day despatch?
All stock item orders placed before 4pm are usually despatched the same day, under normal circumstances. Any order received after this will be despatched the next working day. Please contact us if your order is time critical and we'll endeavour to include this in our same day despatch schedule. (We recommend you check stock availability with our team, prior to placing your order.)
Can items be returned for credit?
You must contact us regarding any valid claims of shortages or credit within 7 days of receiving your goods. Prior approval must be received from us if any item is to be returned for credit. Restocking fees may apply to any items returned. Items will need to be in original resalable condition and must not have been assembled. Relevant packing slip/invoice copies must accompany items returned. Any box that has been custom made is non-returnable.
